Refund Policy

This policy covers refund requests for VPNEF subscription services. Before applying, check your order status, payment date, and payment method. Refund requests are handled through tickets in the user panel, where you can also confirm the outcome and any requests for additional information.

Refund window and commitment

You can request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. The request window is verified against the first successful payment record and the time your ticket is submitted. You do not need to prove a connection issue or complete troubleshooting before submitting a request.

If you submit a ticket within the window, the time needed to verify additional details does not change the original request time. If you have questions about the payment date or which order was paid, explain them in your ticket. VPNEF will check the order and payment records; screenshots do not replace the actual payment record.

Eligibility and order reviews

Requests for first-payment orders submitted within the window above are covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment. Monthly subscriptions and data packages must be checked against their respective orders. Data packages do not expire; this describes the validity of unused data and does not extend the refund request window indefinitely.

Requests made after the window, subsequent renewals, and upgraded orders are not automatically covered by the first-payment refund commitment. If you were charged more than once or your payment succeeded but the order status is incorrect, you can submit a separate ticket for review; these cases should not be treated as ordinary refund requests that have been rejected.

This policy does not set a usage threshold that disqualifies used data from a refund. A normal connection or trial usage does not by itself cancel eligibility within the request window. Disputes involving excessive usage or account violations should be reviewed separately against usage records and the Terms of Service. Any account action and order refund decision will be explained on their respective grounds, not based solely on account status.

How to apply and what to provide

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, open a user panel ticket, and identify the order for which you are requesting a refund.
  2. Provide the order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If the order status does not match, you may attach proof of payment, redacting personal details that are not needed for verification.
  3. Add any requested information to the original ticket and check for updates on receipt, verification, and the refund. Avoid opening multiple tickets, which can make it harder to match requests to orders.

Do not submit your account password or subscription link. A no-questions-asked refund does not require you to describe your experience or explain a technical issue. If you choose to share this information, it will be used only to improve the service and is not a condition for handling your request.

Refund routes and payment methods

Refunds are generally sent through the original payment route. After verification, Alipay and WeChat transactions are handled through their original payment channels. Check the statement for the relevant payment account to see where the funds are credited. If a channel cannot process a refund to the original route, VPNEF will explain why in the ticket and confirm a feasible method before proceeding.

USDT transfers cannot be handled by simply reversing a transaction like an ordinary payment. To request a return, use a ticket in your signed-in account to verify the original transaction, network, and receiving address. Do not provide a receiving address based only on an off-site message. Any network fees or restrictions imposed by other channels will be explained and confirmed first; no unverified refund amount is promised in advance.

Refund progress and follow-up

The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment-channel processing, and network confirmations. This policy does not set a fixed arrival time that has not been confirmed by the payment channel. A ticket marked as refund submitted does not mean the funds have reached your payment account; check the original payment statement or transaction record.

If the funds have not arrived after some time, follow up in the original ticket. VPNEF will check the refund status and explain the next steps. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end. Check the user panel for the current account status. You can also review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
