Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNEF marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains how data is processed to provide account, billing, connection and support features. Data needed to provide the service is handled separately from website analytics; account and order records are not treated as a record of users' browsing activity.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required to activate the service. If a user chooses to include one in a support request, it is used only to communicate about and handle that request. Do not include passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

The account system processes usernames, password verification data, plan status, traffic usage and necessary security events to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions, calculate usage and investigate unusual activity. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and transaction references. They are used to confirm payments, handle refunds and review disputes, and do not include a list of websites visited.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNEF does not record which websites users visit, store browsing histories, lists of destinations or communication content, or build browsing activity profiles linked to accounts. Plan traffic metering is used only to manage usage limits and does not require storing specific browsing activity.

Establishing and relaying a connection requires the current session state to be processed in memory. Temporary state is released when the session ends and is not persistently stored as a connection log for later lookup. Account login security events, order records and aggregated traffic measurements are not browsing logs and are retained for their respective purposes. For troubleshooting, only necessary information that users choose to provide is processed; remove credentials and personal content first.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and button usage so we can fix page issues and improve workflows. Analytics are not used to record destinations visited through subscription connections. Analytics events should not contain passwords, authentication credentials, subscription links or support ticket contents.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save authentication status, remember language selections and store interface preferences. Users can review, restrict or clear this data in their browser settings. Clearing authentication storage requires signing in again, and restricting necessary storage may affect panel functionality. Signing out does not automatically clear all preferences saved in the browser; clear them manually after using a public device.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transfer network, whose own rules govern data processing on their pages and networks. VPNEF uses order references and payment results to confirm entitlements and does not ask users to provide login passwords for third-party payment accounts.

Data directly relevant to the purpose may be shared with appropriate processors to complete payments, maintain necessary infrastructure or meet applicable legal obligations. Account information is not used for sale. USDT transfers may leave public network records; deleting an order or account on this site does not also delete external transaction records.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription features. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile payments, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics are retained as needed for maintenance and analysis, then deleted or aggregated when their purpose is complete. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for data used for different purposes.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request to prevent action by others. Deletion may affect access to subscriptions and historical records. Where information must be retained for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation, its use will be restricted and the reason explained. Remaining data in backups is removed through normal rotation and is not used in day-to-day operations.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

If data handling practices change, this page will be updated with the changes and the month of the latest update. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or panel notice. Where the law requires separate consent, publishing a revised policy does not replace that process.

If you have questions about this policy, the scope of data processing or the outcome of a deletion request, submit a privacy request through a support ticket after signing in and specify the relevant data category. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for usage rules and refund arrangements.
